Creating Balance: Work Life Balance Webinar for Music Managers

Wondering where your weekends went? Finding yourself saying ‘what weekend?’ more and more often?

Music managers deal in all aspects of an artists’s career. We are facing an increasing world of competing demands, relentless commitments and the stress of being constantly under the gun. As a result, balance does not come easily or naturally. A conscious effort, deep commitment, and clear priorities are required to create and protect one’s sense of balance. Produced with assistance from Unison Benevolent Fund in association with MROC, this first MMF Webinar will help participants explore how their current choices impact their work-life satisfaction and help them to develop strategies to achieve a greater balance in life.

Learning objectives – At the end of this session, participating managers will be able to do the following:

  • Understand what balance means
  • Recognize what they can and cannot control
  • Identify priorities in their lives
