MMF Canada’s 6th Annual Honour Roll Reception

Now in it’s 6th year, the MMF Canada’s annual Honour Roll reception takes place during Canadian Music Week as a flagship event in the industry calendar.

The MMF Canada Honour Roll Award is presented each year to recognize outstanding achievements and excellence in Canadian and international Artist Management. This year, Larry Wanagas of Bumstead Productions (The Trews, Two Hours Traffic, Big Sugar, k.d. Lang) will join our previous inductees on the MMF Honour Roll.
Previous inductees include Terry McBride (Sarah McLachlan, Coldplay, Alex Hepburn, Stereophonics, k-os), Sam Feldman (Diana Krall, Norah Jones, Elvis Costello, Colin James, Hedley), Ray Danniels (Rush, Van Halen, The Tea Party, Matthew Good, Max Webster), Bruce Allen (Bryan Adams, Martina McBride, Anne Murray, Michael Bublé, Bob Rock) and Bernie Finkelstein (Bruce Cockburn, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Murray McLauchlan).
Two years ago, the MMF began a new tradition: MMF Canada’s Pioneer Award. This award was created to pay homage to the efforts of those who have been instrumental in creating the framework for Artist Management in the Canadian Entertainment industries. This year the MMF will be honouring Donald K Tarlton and Terry Flood as the 2012 Pioneer Award duo. Previous inductees include Mary Martin and Leonard Rambeau.
